English, French, Arabic are all major international languages the UN has experience cross translating. The OIC should hire interpreters so that foreign ministers can speak in whichever language helps them best convey their message and their message is simultaneously translated to a number of languages, so as to reach as many people as possible.

languages spoken by tens if not hundreds of millions of Muslims should also be planned for; such as Bengali, Urdu, Turkish, Malay, and Bahasa (Indonesian)

Can you send some links, what I have observed is mostly Pakistanis including janta and sarkar are very active within and outside Pakistan while I don't see anything near it in the Arab world.
