Electronic warfare capability of PN

Given the recent news of fresh Saab AWACS coming in for PAF. I wanted to know where we stand on the electronic warfare in terms of navy. As per my knowledge we don't have any AWACS for navy specific needs. Given we depend a lot on our sea route electronic capbility is paramount for PN.

P3c Orion is our only hope considering the ttp targeted it but still we are far behind on this important front.

Nope. PN keeps a very low profile, their platforms are quite expensive but capability wise PN is quite capable and can and will surprise the enemy in its own unique ways.

AWACS and EW are 2 different categories.

PN does not have a dedicated AWACS/AEW A/C,
However, all ships have their own EW suites, which are pretty effective.

P3Cs and ATRs also have their EW systems plus radars, which are capable for LR Surveillance and OTHT.

Sea Kings and Z-9s also have their RWR units installed.

If PN acquires 02XZDK, it will enhance its capability.

Active Phased Array Illumination Radar (AYR)
• X-Band
• Semi-active missile guidance
• 150 km range

Active Phased Array Long Range Search Radar (UMR)
• S-Band
• Long Range volume search,
• Air/surface target detection, tracking and classification,

Yes, but they are operated by PAF.
I meant a dedicated AEW squadron operated by PN.

ZDK 09 Saab Erieye and Falcon jammers all are under airforce command no electronic dedicated ship or aircraft other than orion with navy and orion only used for anti sub roles

Well Navy and Air Force
Unlike Air Fleet, Navy Ships Have much bigger and powerful Radar system which cant be jammed like normal fighters
But its not impossible as well
But Majority of Pakistan ships are old and true capabilities of chinese were never disclosed to public so its hard to say and it depends on what kind EW enemy is deploying and what kind of systems what ship has onboard
