The reality is they missed the installation window and are at sea. Periscopes are there and will be fitted when they are in dock. Inconvenient, common in the Royal navy. CAG is doing a good job keeping an eye and highlighting deficiencies and mistakes
Here the Royal Navy subs have had far serious boo boos.
