ECP terminates PML-N MPA's membership over Rigging

The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) terminated the provincial assembly membership of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) MPA Muhammad Yaqoob Nadeem Sethi (PP-175) on Monday, Express News reported.

The decision was taken by an election tribunal on rigging allegations leveled against the MPA. The ECP issued a notification in this regard after the tribunal’s decision.

The ECP also restored the membership of another Punjab assembly member, PML-N’s Tariq Mehmood Bajwa (PP-170). Bajwa, who had earned a BA from Bahauddin Zakariya University, had earlier been accused of having a fake degree.

His membership was restored after the Supreme Court decided in his favour.

I shared it after reading, the restored person was restored after clearing his degree which was questionable. Its fair enough, since now he has verified his degrees.

MAy be bhai yeh b case jeet jai well we do seriously need a finger scanner which will give name and data of the person and count how many fingers have been scanned that's how we will have fair election
