Good idea for PM goal of 50 lac homes , low cost and energy efficient .

PM, MNA's, MPA's, government and armed forces staff should move to low cost off grid homes , set a example for general public . Government can save billions of dollars every years and with this saving new schools , hospitals , road can be built .
