@Oscar What do you think, given USA's record in Yemen their ELINT is not as accurate as Hollywood hypes it to be. Ever since they reportedly stopped trusting the ISI (for good reason) they have turned towards signature strikes, and knowing some of the particulars of ELINT I for one cannot buy that it generates such accurate data, this isn't after all the set of "Enemy Of The State" with Will Smith's wired pants and what not. Unless the CIA has cultivated quality HUMINT sources or there is indeed some collaboration between the CIA and the ISI so that the former can use data collected by the latter lack of on the ground intel would be a major issue, no?
