Dr Abdul Qadeer Khan rebuffs rumors regarding his demise

Nuclear scientist Dr Abdul Qadeer Khan on Tuesday refutted the rumours of his demise circulating on social media.

Dr Qadeer was brought to the hospital due to his health issue while rumours were circulating that the nuclear scientist has been died early on Tuesday morning.

He took to Facebook and rejected the rumours of his death.

Qadeer wrote on his timeline, "My dear Pakistanis! I am alive still by the grace of Allah Almighty and such rumours are being circulated on Facebook about my demise are being spread by the enemies of the country".

Commenting on this post, all the users, praying for his speedy recovery, saying, "May Allah bless you with a long life and keep the country away from the enemies."

Remember that, Dr Abdul Qadir Khan's role in making Pakistan a nuclear power is unforgettable.

For his outstanding service, he was awarded the Pakistan's largest civilian honor mark on August 14, 1996 by President Farooq Laghari, while in 1989 he was awarded the Hilal-e-Imtiaz.
