The stock market is not gambling. People lose money because they are too lazy to study and recognize how the market functions. The market falls and rises based upon investment sentiment which is linked to human behavior. The market always gives a clue what's happening, you need the discipline to tape read it. Ordinary investors lose money because they want a short cut in life. No indicator or garbage patterns will earn you money. End of the day big institutions don't randomly short or long a instrument without strong fundamentals. Retail investors are small fish, for the market operator to care about. Instead, big institutions target other whales to win big.
