Don’t snub the Saudis

Saudi Arabia respects Pakistan Army & our army is always available to defend Harmain Shareefain. But it does not mean that Pakistan Army will take part with Saudi Army in case of any Wahabi-Shia conflict. Our loyalty is with our interests.

Both Iran & KSA are involved in fueling terrorism in Pakistan. We should regulate our economy, minimize corruption & stop expecting Riyals from Saudis.

with all due respect saudi is a Wahabi country

With all due respect, it's only the elite (if you know SA, you know who the elite are) who are wahabi. The majority of normal saudis are hanbali.

my dear friend the day those folks will Chant YA RASOOL ALLAH AND YA ALI, only then we would consider them sunni....

Saudi Arabia is a true friend, looking at the time-line of stuff they've done for us; they are an irreplaceable ally built upon decades of bonding. They've always been there for us but unfortunately we've not been there for them, these recent years.

you are 100% right. They invested for decades to destroy every institution and spread corruption to every corner of the nation and created a generation of ignorant and deviated that should serve them. Despite all this, today they face a dilema that the institution they kept to serve them could not support them due to rising awakening among people. Ofcourse they cannot allow Pak to be an independent economic power with full fledge and self sufficient military. They use many tactics to fool people and one of them is to use religion to keep people divided. It is their prowess and skills that they use religion which infact has to unite the people blatantly divide the people.

A Nation that was capable of becoming the Germany of Asia is sadly kept as a hostage to provide cheap labour, workers, guards and supplies.

maybe it is too late now and the gangs that operate and powered by Monarchs will continue to haunt the nation for sometime in the name of religion till people start realizing the realities of these gangs.

state should not depend on the terror gangs and do not consider them the defence lines. People are Real line of defence of the Nation. these gangs like JUD powered by petro-dollars will never benefit the country and people. People have more faith in God than these terror gangs.

with the passage of time Many things are exposed now which were not understandable during the past decades. hope in future era people will stop becoming lackeys of the foreign paid puppets. Next generation will definitely be better and will not be lackey. So there is hope.

in the past 2 decades they had literally hijacked our society by using religion at govt level . i blame the people, which in my opinion are innocent to the extent that in their reverence for Islam and Musalmans be it saudi or Irani ones will fall for every thing which is remotely related to Islam even if its fabricated, mullahs have been feeding them not to question the validity of anything. otherwise some angels will tear your apart as they dont have any thing to do except to torture the sons and daughters of ADAM PBUH and in their blind following they forgot to remember that history especially Islamic is not black and white, there are lot of grey areas in it. fortunately sunnis and shias are now awakening to these callous facts

First time I went to Umrah, our guide in Medina took the guys (all from DK) to a house where they were memorating Hazrat Muhammad SAWS. The sheikh invited us for food. So they have "normal" people to.

Sauds & Pakistani's are brothers .

Totally agree. But that does not mean we fight their wars of aggression and oppression. Yes to defending Saudi Arabian national sovereignty and integrity. No to killing defenceless nomads. The Pakistan army is not a nazi death squad.

Snub Saudi Wahabi terrorist regime and make friendship with Sunni people of Arabia and join hand with Turks and Indonesia and turn it into a Sunni Arabia again..

The writer has laid down observations which are excruciatingly single sides. Nowhere does the author consider the fact that Saudi Arabia, itself devoid of a large resource of man power, is rather dependent on Pakistan for her protection in the event that her forces are overrun by some 'rogue' neighbor or a foreign supported Shia uprising.......facts which is entirely possible.

At the end of the day this is the fact that needs to be exploited by both sides to further their individual and collectives cause. Pakistan will not intervene directly in Saudi led military adventures but could potentially raise and train an army, 50,000 - 500,000 strong, arm and equip them and post them in Saudi Arabia to ensure that nobody dares cast an evil eye on the monarchy or the kingdom itself. Saudi Arabia can provide funds, salaries etc., pay off Pakistan's debts and invest in R&D in Pakistan.

In 20 years, the results could be exceptional.

That force probably already exists. Even normal Pakistanis aswell as our military are ready to defend Saudi Arabia if faced with aggression. The importance and spiritual significance of Saudi Arabia to Pakistan is too powerful and enshrined to be described in words. However, we are not in favour of Saudi wars of aggression and conquest. Houthis are not a threat to Saudi Arabia. Absolutely none.

Saudi, Persians, or anyone else, I say F them all. Just look for Pakistan interests only. This policy of "what if", "what they will think", "What they will do" is just too old fashioned now. Whoever will scratch our back the most, will get our favor.

Janab,
nowadays this world is become a global village... you can't live individually or isolated if you want to prosper you also have to take care of other's interest so, that they can take care of your's interest...
take the example of Yemen issue, not joining war was right decision but our premature politicians handle it very badly, and soon after than issue we see threatening comments from UAE and Kuwait's ministers, and UAE is now starting strattegic defence agreement with india..

I have no problem in dealing with outside world as long as it is based on mutual interests. Our approach has been wrong all along. They need to tell us how they can serve our interests before we can help them out with their ambitions. And that is where the problem lies. We have been too soft in our approach to the point that the other nations are starting to take us for granted. Hell should have break lose by now if we had a proper nationalist government in Pakistan with UAE, as every crook, traitor, looter, plunderer, gangster, fraudster, murderer which is convict in Pakistan somehow manage to find refugee in UAE. That country is becoming a safe heaven for majority of anti-Pakistan activities.

when we did this?
Yes we didnt support Kaddafi but we were not in the coalition against Kaddafi.
as after NATO action turkey has also provided money to the rebels..

janab,
the problem is that who's so ever in power in Pakistan was either came by force (marshall law) or by forming coalition( and majority of politicians is that they are either Landlord or Businessmen) and both need foreign help to run the country.. and that thing lead them to obey others order..
