For revenge, China will fully back Russia economically in send whatever weapons Russians require. Russian Mi-28N/NM (all N will be upgraded to NM standard) easily track American artillery using mast mounted radar from 40 km away and smash them using Hermes NLOS missile (based on Pantsir missile) from 20 to 30 km away. Therefore America will have to build 500 HIMARS a month just to keep up the war effort, and that's not counting logistics, ammo costs etc. Therefore, Donbas will drain America dry financially.
