With their 400 KM range they seem to be the ultimate fear inducers.

Does Pakistan have the system or anything similar ?

I mean imagine the possibilities showering Indian AC bases with runaway penetrating warheads delaying their AF if not neutralizing them.

With their mobility very difficult to target. Sort of Shoot and scoot.

WELL WE HAVE AH100 WITH A RANGE OF 150KMS BUT NOT THE SY 400 EVEN THE CHINESE Have not starting inducting them in large numbers

No we do not have it neither there are any plans to deploy this. Even Chinese are considering it without any commitment so far.

PAF have Ra'ad 350 km & CM-400-AKG 250 km missile to do that job from stand off distance. PA will rely on Babur then may be battlefield SRBMs, don't know PA is interested in this system or not.
