You are a person having capabilities to do something for real change in Pakistan and you need a political platform. Then you will have to find a political party which is democratic in real in which you have an opportunity to elect your leader or even to become a leader on behalf of your capabilities. One such political platform is Justice and Development Party Pakistan in which every leap year Party elects Party Leader and other officers by open voting, Founder of the Party is not the permanent Party Leader it means other able persons may be elected during intra-party elections; which shall be held in the month of June 2012. Why you sit back, come forward and join Justice and Development Party Pakistan and try your best to do some better for real change in Pakistan along with us.
Justice and Development Party Pakistan has presented a resolution, you can say it 5 years Plan, Manifesto for General Election or First Goal of the Party too.
Constitute and establish the segregation and non-dissolution of all three main departments Judiciary i.e. Supreme Court, Presidency i.e. Senate, and Legislature i.e. National Assembly. So that one person can be the member of only one department at a time.
Constitute and establish twenty administrative units Rawalpindi, Sargodha, Faisalabad, Sialkot, Lahore, Multan, Bahalwalpur, Sakkur, Haiderabad, Karachi, Zob, Gwadar, Quetta, Khuzdar, Peshawar, Khybar, Swat, Abbotabad, Gilgit, Muzaffarabad as districts of Pakistan and National Halqa as Tehsil under District. Dissolve the administrative units of Province and Division.
Constitute and establish Chief Justice of Tehsil shall be promoted to Judge of District and Chief Justice of District shall be promoted to Judge of Supreme Court automatically after one term of five years. Upon the retirement of any Chief Justice the next senior shall be promoted to Chief Justice automatically. Supreme Court having twenty Judges at least one Judge from each district.
Constitute and establish that all income fund, tax, revenue, profit, asset etc shall be collected in revenue account of relating Tehsil, income shall be divided and collected in Consolidated account of Federation, District and Tehsil accordingly. In July of every year, income from consolidated accounts shall be divided and transferred to Current accounts of Judiciary, Presidency and Legislature respectively, which shall be reserved for whole year expenses, Money cannot be withdrawn from Revenue account and consolidated account in the current year.
Constitute and establish the way of election open voting instead of secret ballot voting. One member from each Union Council shall comprise Legislature. Two members from each Tehsil shall comprise Senate. One Judge from each District shall comprise Supreme Court. President of Pakistan shall be the head of Islamic Republic of Pakistan as well as the head of Government of Pakistan. Governor shall be the head of District as well as District Government. Nazim shall be the head of Tehsil as well as Tehsil Government. President, Governor and Nazim will be elected directly by people of Pakistan by open voting. President, Governor and Nazim shall choose ministers from Senate, only one minister for each department respectively.
Constitute and establish twenty Government Departments Defense, National Finance, Scientific Technology, Commerce & Industry, Food Agriculture & Livestock, Natural Resources, Health, Education, Communication, Police & Rangers, Energy & Supply, Information & Broadcasting, Highways Construction & Drainage, Interior Affairs, Foreign Affairs, Justice & Human Rights, Sports & Culture, Registration & Postal Services, Religious Affairs, and Commission.
Constitute and establish that Twenty Federal Ministers, Twenty Chief of Government Departments, Twenty Governors of Districts, and President of Pakistan (total-61) shall comprise National Security Council as Federation. One person can be a member of National Security Council only once for one term only. Decision shall be taken by third-fourth open voting.
Constitute and establish that Government shall try the best to negotiate with Muslim countries whether neighbors or not for unity for Muslim United States on the basis of aforesaid National Security Council. Further, Government must convey a message to United Nations to vanish veto powers of permanent members of UNs Security Council and decision taken by third-fourth open voting enabling developing and no-developing countries may also take part in the decision taken by UNs Security Council.
Constitute and establish that in the first stage minimum one factory shall be established in Twenty Districts, in the second stage minimum one factory shall be established in every Tehsil or National Halqa, and in the third stage minimum one factory shall be established in every Union Council of Pakistan. Further, products manufactured in one union council shall be easily available throughout Pakistan in every union council to end unemployment and enabling Pakistan a developed country.
Constitute and establish that rivers of Pakistan shall be joined in such a way that water runs without stay but its speed of flow reduced as much as can, produce electricity by water on each joining, permit the private electricity production, and availability of river water for agriculture. It must be a goal that small ships may reach at Sialkot or even Lahore enabling to increase the exports and to end the electricity load-shedding.
Constitute and establish the prices of all necessary commodities including utility bills shall be unchangeable for one year enabling to stop the inflation. Further, availability of stock is compulsory of all necessary commodities for minimum three years in each National Halqa prior to export enabling to end the various crises. Ban on export of raw material, scrap, expensive and rare products.
Constitute and establish the prohibition of Public Debt and Lend. In the first stage try to stop it, in the second stage try to decrease it and in the third stage try to prohibit Public Debt and Lend. Finish all those national policies by which money transfer to broad automatically such as get insurance from any other country, import of expensive, rare and un-necessary products etc. Prohibit the positions of Assistant Secretary, Additional Secretary and other such un-necessary positions in all government departments. Decrease the officers but increase the workers enabling to get more work by less expense. Prohibit all foreign tours and try to get work by instructing ambassadors. Prohibit quota of getting loans of all persons including Civil, Government officers, Public officers, Military officers etc in every field.
Constitute and establish all Government and Independent Government departments on the basis of same hierarchical method, same privileges, and same pensions on equity basis according to responsibilities, one person for a job and never two. Both persons, Chief and Minister of every Department shall be responsible for the activities of department and shall present a performance report before people of Pakistan quarter-yearly. If two third targets twice or one half targets once not completed, the responsible person shall be resigned from the position. It is right of injured or sick person to save his/her life by first aid treatment even he/she is culprit, guilty, or corrupt. It is right of a poor person to get help by feeding, clothing, educating, dwelling, wedding, and/or by employing. All position holders of all departments all servants of people of Pakistan and there is no protocol for anyone. It is the right of next senior to get position after expelling or retirement of any person from the position.
Constitute and establish that the education shall be totally free for all including Primary, Middle, Matriculation, Intermediate, Graduation, Post Graduation, technical education etc and shall be available in three languages Urdu, English and Arabic. Syllabus of any book may be changed after every five years after thoroughly work. Every department shall have a writer section which shall be responsible to prepare books / syllabus for every class. In Matriculation subjects of every department shall be taught enabling a student get decided in which subject he/she shall get higher education or to do job. Matriculation must be compulsory for all Pakistani persons. Summer and winter holidays must decrease to 15days instead of 3months. Allow Friday holiday in every week for all educational institutions. Permit the teacher to teach by pressing vigorously if need arises. Health care is the same and free for all without any discrimination and respect for all the same.
