There are nearly a million J&K residents (Police,Civil Guards,SPOs,Paramilitary,Army,Emergency Services) who are working with India,for India and to defend India.There are few thousands which are working against it.At the end of the day,most of them line up to cast their vote and those few thousands sulk about it.Now its your decision to objectify whether they love or hate..

J&KLI and J&K Rifles along with Ladakh Scouts recruit people from J&K directly into their ranks.

dear friend,there is a reason why India is called extremely diverse nation.you travel 200 kms from anywhere in any direction in India...Food,Language,Culture,Belief,Politics-everything will change beyond recognition.And by what sense you're stating "It is different"??You can visit Delhi and Punjab and difference level will be the same,just like Delhi and Mumbai or Delhi and Kolkata.I'm talking about drastic differences even between two places in the same state and you're comparing two different states altogether.
