DIG FC Balochistan has told Senate most ethno terrorists are willing to join the mainstream

To some of the locals the FC gives an image to them that they are in fact occupied.

Under the current gov. we have the perfect chance to bring in pro-government Baloch levies and organize them into an official force to supplant and eventually replace the FC in certain areas in necessary.

FC is a paramilitaries force which has been around since the 19th century. Its not something that just came about over night. I visited some parts of Balochistan in the 90's and FC was there in their rag tag form.

The numbers are higher presently because the threat had been higher. The occupation thing would make sense if military was present. But its within their own country so argument holds no water.
