And attacks by whom?

Radar lock ons on aircraft are classified as attacks.
Yes but on which border?
What planes were locked on?
And by which Planes?
Were SAMs also involved?
Now that would be information....

No SAM's were involved.
Generally both sides radar track all aircraft within 10-15 km of border.

Ofcourse the enemies of Indian Nation.

Most of the attacks i think have been took place around the LoC Bhutan/China Border and then the Siachen range.

Manpads are involved and i think that even the recent Nepal Plane crash is not accident but has been shot down by Manpads by the Maoists because of the Indian Military operations against the Maoists groups in the Red corridor regions along the Bhutan and Myanmar border.

Sukhoi jet that crashed on May 23 2017 , was found in a thick forest around 60 km from Tezpur city on May 26 2017.The Su-30 had taken off from the Tezpur air bas, around 10.30 a.m. on a routine training mission but lost radar and radio contact with the controlling station around 11.10 a.m. adjoining China.

Squadron Leader D Pankaj and Flight Lieutenant S Achudev, two pilots of the Sukhoi jet were marytered.

According to Indian military intelligence Su 30 MKI was been shot down because of the EW equipment which came inside Indian Territory from across the LoC Bhutan and China. Even tunnels have been found by the Indian Military in those regions.
