I dont like this man but he has good information in fact he was some how involved in extracting tests information from Indian side.

PS: Just leave his stupid credit for NS who has nothing to do with this lol but rest 1950s - 1990s history info sharing is good.

From Dr.AQK Pakistan was capable to test nuclear test in Gen.Zia era but was delayed as US was sniffing around especially Henry Kissinger.
Also if anyone was born in 1995 or onward might know slogans"nawaz sharif damaka kardal warna qoum ka hat tomara pay" [nawaz sharif do nuclear test or your neck will be in hands of Pakistan People.]
So it was whole nation, armed forces which insisted and threaten nawaz shariff to do nuclear test in response to Indias nuclear test in its rajistan area.

Instead of listening to this thug
if anyone wants to know truer history/story of Pakistans nuclear program and has no time to espy volumes he/she should read
Shahid Ur Rehman's long road to chagai
its a page turner, a thriller and historically/factually accurate.

Yes sir but only a c130 could carry it.
It was because Pakistan has no missiles back then and US did not allow nuke integration with F-16s. Later with smaller versions, it was possible to carry it on mirages. But now Pak relies on missiles mainly for strategic strike even though our Ra'ad is also nuke capable.

at least we now know why Middle east was destroyed, Pakistan was trying to create the 4th Power block of Muslim countries, and with the power of Oil they could be the most powerful block if ever created . hence all of those leaders were either killed by foreign agencies or their own people .

Hi,

Supposedly by 1984-85---.
thanks to the enrichment technology brought by Dr AQ Khan which reduced the costs, development time and allowed for a lot of dual use equipment, Pakistan was able to do it in record times. Otherwise, it could have taken decades (if it was ever allowed)...
