The incident can be viewed as a Terrorist act , and could have political undertones , with recent voting of Karachi's largest party MQM against the PPP government in Sindh

While there is no evidence at this point however , the timing of the Terrorism is close to the recent elections which have gone against the PPP government in Sindh

Was this a mere natural accident due to condition of the railway or some more is there ??

These incidents need to be reviewed closely

Sindh elements have been known to destroy water reservoirs during flood time in order to protect their own farms
a knee jerk reaction by various rural area landlords is generally possible after a historic loss at National Level

Or It is possible that foreign hand is involved in this act

Pakistan Railways have been successful story under current government's achievements

This incident needs to be examined at high level

Pakistan need to upgrade its processes. After any accident of such level, a true enquiry should performed with real experts and the analysis and conclusions should lead to correction in order to avoid same accident again.
