Deputy Director of US Pacific Command visits Sri Lanka
Major General Conant Deputy Director of US Pacific Command paid a courtesy call on Sri Lanka Secretary Defence Mr. Gotabaya Rajapaksa today at the Ministry.
The Purpose of the meeting is to discuss the current and future of military engagements and looking into possibilities where PACOM can best assist in the process.
Deputy Assistance Secretary of Defence Scher, Lieutenant Colonel Jernigan (PACOM Desk Officer for Sri Lanka and Defence Attach‚ Lieutenant Colonel Schuler were also present at the occasion.
