Defence.pk blocked in parts of India and china?

Over the past few days i have read comments from many indian and chinese members saying that the website is blocked in their corner.
Just to bring the matter to notice,thread has been opened.

Yes, many ISPs are blocking PDF. But i can access it, thanks to my Dynamic IP.

Defence.p is on list of websites to blocked in India,I think.

Pakistan Defence is blocked by certain ISP in India by accident. It will be fixed soon.

PDF on the other hand has no effect and can be accessed via proxies.
