Defence industries moving towards self-reliance: Rana Tanveer

Minister for Defence Production Rana Tanveer Hussain has said the defence industries are moving towards self-reliance by introducing new technologies in defence production institutions.


Addressing a ceremony at Wah Cantt‚ he said we will soon be able to lessen the financial burden of defence products on national exchequer.


Chairman Board of Pakistan Ordnance Factories Lt Gen Muhammad Ahsan Mahmood said they are meeting hundred percent requirements of the armed forces in terms of arms and ammunition.
