Then any purge must be done through a court of Law, first prosecute, prove the crime in a court of law and then let the court decide.

images and news cutlets can be purchased by any party against any party. So if court is the ultimate authority, then it must be for every one, demanding purge for political rivals and asking law for own self is not a balanced behaviour, actually it is called double standard.
