Move Sindhi local government outside of Karachi to a local city/town

Only hope is a new fair census that will bring the population of Karachi upto the level of interior Sindh. This way PPP can't win Sindh just on the basis of interior.


Obviously permanent solution is Karachi being its own administrative unit. The establishment is making the same mistake that they made prior to 1971. Denying the people the representation that they vote for. Imagine if Lahore was in a situation where they voted for PML-N or PTI but were being ruled by some outsider like ANP and not just for one or two terms but decades and the outsider is systematically raping the city. Establishment should realize that they are playing a dangerous game by sleeping with PPP and alienating the people of Karachi.

This land belongs to Sindh. And Asad Umar can't do anything unless it belong to federal territory again.
So Mr Asad is free to runt on media, but if he really want to do anything then take Karachi back as federal territory, as envisioned by Quid e Azam.

Pass parilment legislation to implement local powers.
May be PMLN can be givem another NRO for this to pass

Once pass sindh govt can either follow or fall through governor raj

zardari is protected and so is sindh govt! one signature and zardari gang allots thousands of acres to Dha and wardi walla messiahs make crazy money! the only solution for people from khi is to move out of khi or if possible run away from this elitist country!

seriously thinking about this. as some nationalists like to point out time and again that karachiites are just land grabbers who grabbed this land from Sindh, and do not belong here, and this is the reality, we have no roots tying us to this city. It is time karachiites stop pining for it, and clinging to it. It is time to move on, leave Karachi, invest somewhere else, find employment somewhere else.

I have been to multan, rawalpindi etc. even the smallest localities are clean, and paved streets, whereas in karachi even in a middle class area there are piles of garbage, destroyed roads, and overflowing sewerage. if punjab can take care of its cities and towns, then so can sindh govt, but ppp aint interested in governance. They think that whatever they get is their money, and should not be spent on the people. Feudal mindset still prevailing in 21st century, and then ppp has the gall to call itself a progressive liberal party, in reality, it is the worst form of dictatorship.

A massive chunk (I'd wager about 30%) of Karachi is in Clifton and DHA. These are administered by the army. Sadly they don't look any better than the rest of the city. Broken roads, potholes, boiling gutters, garbage everywhere. We all know what happened in DHA in the last monsoon season.



Army can arm twist IK to send donkey king Nawaz abroad but they cannot arm twist PPP to actually govern the economic engine of the country.


Fun fact the PPP government recently gave go ahead and did ground breaking for Malir Expressway. On surface you would think wow finally they are doing some work. Dig a little deeper and you find out that the expressway is meant to connect DHA Phase 8 (iirc) with DHA city. The PPP and Zardari are clever. They know as long as they keep the 'boys' happy, well funded and no restrictions in their land holding then they can continue to govern Sindh till eternity while raping Karachiites.

what do you expect when birgadiers and generals own farms, housing societies, water supply tankers, petrol pumps and what not, and when rangers have grabbed playgrounds and commercial areas and using them for their own purposes. they are not interested in punjab even, they just do not want anyone challenging them.

The real operation against MQM started after the inauguration of DHA. That's true.
But trust me, Karachi and Hyderabad will not get a dot, until we don't take things in our hands. Picking arms is not an option, but there are many other options.

...and you may remember that when people residing in those areas protested against CBC and DHA, FIRs were filed against them, the cantt board and the authority refused to provide an audit of the taxes and fee charged from the residents. it was their money, and they dont get to know where it is being spent. it has been decades and there is still no water supply in DHA. there is no proper sewerage system, and still dha and cbc refuses to accept responsibility. army itself has become a money making machine and that is it.
then there are people who say that karachi is blackmailing the country and hijacking trade and whatnot when one raises one's voice about these issues. in short: army isnt going to do anything, ppp isnt going to do anything, you will get no sympathy from others. the only course of action is to leave.

Involve Pindi as PPP is at cordial terms with establishment.

Local bodies election and empowered local government is only ultimate solution for Karachi.

And PPP will agree to chop of their own foot (lose even more votes if it lets the Federal government succeed and take the credit) why?

To understand the PPP and get a sense of the kind of corruption it is and has been engaged in, reference the recent Al Jazeera documentary about the nexus between the Awami League, current Bangladesh Army Chief and a criminal mafia that operates internationally. The PPP leadership is not going to give up control nor is it going to stop being corrupt.

What is happening in Karachi is a general situation in Pakistan. Karachi ka zara ziada bura hal hai.
However if Karachi is freed from clutches of ppp, Karachi alone can pay all debts of Pakistan. Karachi alone has a potential of engulfing the economies of many countries. Whole Pakistan has, but Karachi has more due to the high concentration of literate and industry.
If only Gawader can shake UAE, think what Karachi can do.
But it's in the hands of elders of Pakistan. What they want to do.
I alone can direct many companies to open offices in Pakistan if govt takes a better step in this direction.

The things I have seen, I pretty much sure who is behind all that. But it's the history of Pakistan that its taken as stories until someone knocks on the door with a gun.
But anyway, if you are Karachiite, and you are educated, then consider leaving country. Or you will think after 10 years what you have done to your life.

Who told you that prople of Karachi ever voted ppp...!!!

This zia guy read a statistic in which 6 out of 42 MPA seats in Karachi were won by PPP so he says all of Karachi votes for PPP.


Ignoring the fact that others won 36/42 seats and PTI and MQM in total won 20 out of the 22 MNA seats. Have corrected him multiple times to no avail.
