Dark ages: The heat is on, the power is off

No usually Southern cities are coolers comparatively to northern Indian states since there are coastal cities. Bangalore has probably got the best weather in India. However, due to coastal area it is usually more humid. Southern cities temp ranges from 32C to 45C during summers which in comparison to Northern states is still a wee bit cooler (35C to 48C). I am not including hilly areas :)

Delhi is in the North right, so it would be hotter down South I guess?

Anyway, there is an upside, i.e. massive potential for solar power generation.
 
Man, I thought it was too hot in HK, and I wanted to move up to the cooler cities like Shanghai and Beijing, and maybe even the freezing Northeast provinces.
I'm looking for a warm and not so windy place :pissed:
