Yep! Depends on the size and freshness of the potatoes. Much is grown here. But some come from the plains too.

Economics 101..

Farms make a bulk sale based on harvest..after that there is a lot of sorting, cleaning packing and transport work..so there is no 400% gross profit....final landing cost is determined once the goods are ready to dispatch for retail sales..
