Here again like Syed zaid hamid the former ISI chief Retd Leiutenant General Hameed gul of late 1980s projected similar views with regards to the current internal, regional and global political, economic, security situations and developing threats. Former ISI chief makes it clear that objective resolution of 1949 needs to be fully implemented across the board in all state institutions be it political (khilaafat e rashida Model) financial, welfare, judicial,military, educational and recreational where laws are derived from Holy Qur'aan and Sunnah stay supreme . He further says there is no justification for political parties and all those unislamic clauses that are in the constitution which need to be eradicated.

There is no justification for any political party but IJI which was formed by the hypocrite himself. The Objectives Resolution, which was drafted by a Deobandi cleric Shabbir Usmani and Liaquat Ali, is the root of all evils. It buried Jinnah's secular Pakistan and laid the foundation of a theocratic state which, sooner or later, had to become a fiefdom of semi-literate Mullahs.
