Actually you do expect them to act with in the law. Hamas claims to be the legitimate goverment of Gaza if they suspect these men are agents of Israel, arest them try them jail them even after a "fair" trial they are found guilty of espionage execute them.
Better still if they are really Israeli agents swap them for some one. Spy for a spy is good currency.

Dont drag people off a bus and shoot them in the street or drag them to death behind a motorcycle.

Agreed dragging them around the streets was a bit too much but even here snitches be getting killed in prison and often need to be in protective custody in order to survive. The saying is *snitches get stitches*.

Iron Dome siren went off so everyone rushes for cover as per the established protocol. The missles intercepted mid air will have small splinters flying midair..so it is important to take cover as they can serious hurt someone.

At this point, a Palestinian (later identified as Aziz Salha), appeared at the police station window, displaying his blood-stained hands to the crowd, which erupted into cheers. The crowd clapped and cheered as one of the soldier's bodies was then thrown out the window and stamped and beaten by the frenzied mob. One of the bodies was set on fire. Soon after, the mob dragged the two mutilated bodies to Al-Manara Square in the city center as the crowd began an impromptu victory celebration. Palestinian policemen did not prevent, and in some cases actually took part in, the lynching.[2][3][4][5]
