Hey bro,
It is a kinda misunderstood. I interpreted same, however, after seeing that again it becomes clear-
The judiciary didn't intended to delay b/c of bunch of conspiracy theories and pseudo interpretations represented by some posters here.The judiciary only resisted the procedure of decision.They say that why prisoners were instructed to be hanged on same date 23rd dec?
Prisoners shall be hanged immediately after reissue of "black warrent " and with accordance to date and after 7 day gap of warrent issue.
