Well Trump is a racist. But one serious question most people are not asking is that the budget of the big powers in biodefense/germ warfare is huge running into billions and they have top secret labs both military and civilian. Then why is it that only a few private companies were working on vaccines?

It's called the Chinese virus because it originated in China due to Chinese Chinese disgusting and inhuman eating habits. If calling a virus Chinese virus means calling Chinese people a virus, does calling some food Chinese food mean calling Chinese people food.
