Following radical and precautionary measures are imperative for next 90 days:
1) A moratorium on all forms of non essential travel outside a prescribed radius of a community.
2) Countrywide section 144 should be imposed and deweaponisation of the masses.
3) Government should take control of all State and Public wealth and provide essential basic food supplies to the community through weekly supplies. A dietary plan must be released to ensure health of the communities and home economics within the community encouraged through mass propagation.
