Its cause if the violators have the virus, they will spread it even more by not coming forward. Plus with all the airlines locked down, they can't go anywhere.

Saudi Arabia has always been importing food for years. They always had huge amount of it available. So much food, that each year Saudi waste 1/3 of their food

Other countries are also paying their citizen. Its not something huge. What matters now is even after giving this incentive, will the economy survive.

In all case, KSA has lot of money, that is why it can put up its citizen in 5 star hotels. If any other country had the same resources (and a much smaller population, I think There are total 35million Saudi worldwide), they would be able to provide same facilities to its citizen.
