BTW,the French couldn't join the FFL for some years,now there are a lot of French national in their ranks...... of course their identity has changed !
The other units of the French army always worked side by side with the Légionnaires,they are really respected.

May hundred thousand civilian have already been killed by French and other coalition forces in Syria alone, the refugee crisis is also well know.
