آیا ایران 50 فروند جنگنده "Mig 35" میخرد؟Where did you read this?
Retire the most capable aircraft in the IRIAF first of all? I don't think so. Most likely they'll get rid of the junky soviet export MiG-29s, dump the J-7s, maybe get rid of the Mirage F1s for maintenance reduction and possibly retire the F-4 bomb trucks (I doubt they'll get rid of the F-4s). But F-14s are better than all of those so I doubt they'll retire them this soon.Congrats hope the deal will be finalized in near future but what will happen to our cats? retired? can't see that day ...

I have a question for everyone: what is the likelihood of Iran modifying the Fakour 90 (improved domestic production AIM-54) for the Su-30? It's better than the R-37 and its made in Iran, and operating it would retain that long range capability Iran has enjoyed. After all, the Su-30's radar is powerful enough (I'd like Iran to install indigenous digitized AWG-9s but I doubt that will happen).
The first time thy showed the pak-fa I said this is another su-30 version it is obvious that this pak-fa design have been taking from the su-30.The thing, it is in Iran's interests to do so and the opportunity has presented itself to take advantage of the situation. t
That's all. National interests should rein supreme.
Thank you. Hopefully that day is not too far!
Yes, Russians used an evolutionary model to design PAKFA rather than going for a revolutionary design model as Americans did with their fifthe generation fighter program: Assessing the Sukhoi PAK-FA / Sukhoi/KnAAPO T-50/I-21/Article701 PAK-FA Перспективный Авиационный Комплекс Фронтовой Авиации

It's also have the same size the raise the intakes and widen the belly plus new engine and may be new radar other wise some said it uses the same irbis radar.maybe a su-30 with radar absorbing paintjob , and a few angles here and there

lol , only if russians allow it , anything that iran modifies looks too big to be carried underneath a small bird like the su-30 , maybe the f-4 that crashed last month crashed because it was carrying to its full extent all those SAMs with it
that's why the upgraded mig-25 foxbat is a better platform for carrying the homemade missiles that iran modifies to a size of an experimental funny thing

looks like a russian copy of the european Tornado , maybe not a coincidence but i guess that's the only thing heavy duty they got atm , though iran's favorite is to install rocket pods , not bombs
on the same breath , lol , Russians ::
