Sure, they might reduce radar and heat signatures, but reduce CO2 signature is impossible. CO2 is God's creation. You can't get rid of it. Up in the sky, the only things that spew lots of CO2 is jet engines, and jet engines are on jet planes. CO2 blocks a narrow band of IR spectrum. Very easy to detect.
