We know judges get appointment after they kiss the boots of pindi Sarkar, because that's the only means they can get elevated. Still some SC judges try to give independent decisions but a lawer has to be very aggressive, cunning, and a hafiz of constitutional lacunae to get a favorable decision. PTI lawyers are too pacifist, slow, and lack in Pakistani style jurisprudence.
