Agree. India is dangerous for women. But not all women are aware of this fact. India should require all women getting an Indian visa to watch a video about sexual assault inside India. Travel to India for women is disregarding their chastity.

Why would India require that? that's illogical .. no country wants to project its ugly image so it is the job of the tourist to do his or her research before going to another place. Chinese media and state should tell the facts about India to Chinese people especially those who are willing to travel abroad. Right now India is exporting its crappy culture to China and Chinese also watch Indian movies but this is where the govt of China needs to intervene. India is like a war zone for women... I feel Syria, Afghanistan are far safer for a women tourist than India where millions of rapists are roaming on the streets.

Mate, I travel a lot..and I'm a man in good health and I've reasonable skills to fight (physically) but still whenever I plan to visit a new place.. I do a few google searches ... even for example.. I have to visit a different city in USA than Atlanta for the first time .. I left Papua New Guinea out of my list when I went on a trip to Australia, New Zealand and the reason was the high levels of crimes and tourist kidnappings.. I even search for bad areas in London, Paris etc so I totally avoid going into those places because I don't think any tourist experience is worth risking my life.
