We have a quantum comms satellite in orbit, we also have the world's largest comms satellite which is more advanced than what US currently has. That's a fact, we aren't bragging. Btw we also have better autononous docking tech compared to the US.

There's no guarantee that Russia will even stay or even fight for Armenia.

The state of the Russian economy & their armed forces does not seems to support your theory. Considering their costly adventurism elsewhere in the region.
