I assumed this because ISIS Sindh Emir and mastermind of Lal Shahbaz Shrine attack Abdullah Brohi was resident of Shikarpur. He had political connections with TTP and Sipah-e-Sahaba. While both BLA and TTP are funded by RAW, may be they have some connections.
