Well ,All we need from Russia is that propellent tech or we will develop that like we did for the seeker .
Brahmos 2 and its hypersonic version is already in development.
And current ones range is already increased from 300 to 450 km and in near future it would be 800km for sure.

Every country has a right to take necessary measures to ensure the safety and security of its country so If Pakistan buys any system from anywhere, it is perfectly justified irrespective of the fact that whether it is effective against Brahmos or any other Indian missile.

We have planned a CL20 based fuel which shall be used in Brahmos to boost the sped and range. Current Brahmos will attian mach 5 speed by 2020. Brahmos mk2 shall be scramjet powered.

Why should we need stealth or radar evasive .
Its speed compensates every short comings and it can alter its path with terrain.
Some satellites like Cartosat has dual capability .
