China's manufacturing sector, employment fall sharply

The PLA were very restrained and disciplined。

Well, China haters will say the power of freedom fighter overwhelmed the evil force. No need to care about what others are thinking.

Thanks for the video. What a brave man, my hero. Wonder what happen to him and hope he's OK.
Yes ,to those students and civilians who joined the movement asking for the elimination of corruption but not “Western democracy"
They are brave, but not so clever, they were cheated by those US -JP-TW-UK funded bastard “Democracy leaders”。
CCP will never redress this movement because it is a Anti-China movement with a “democratic”fig leaf。
If CCP redress it,then CCP's authority will no longer exist and it is also no fair to those young soldiers who were killed by the thugs
only because they faithfully obeyed “No shooting policy ordered by CCP”。
It is a tragedy in PRC's history, Leting the time efface it quietly is the best way。

I don’t know,
if he was arrested by the government, trust me, the BBC,CNN and Indians will jump out and tell the whole world about it.
So, I think he is OK.

At least our manufacturing sector is still expanding faster than the rest of the world, though slower than we were last year.

Whereas India's manufacturing sector is actually shrinking. :cheesy:

Not sure where you get your stats from. Your stats have been regularly junked by official sources.

Chinese PMI for May was around 50

India's manufacturing sector kept up its steady expansion in May, with fast-rising output evened out by slowing growth of domestic order books, a business survey showed on Friday.

The HSBC manufacturing Purchasing Managers' Index (PMI), compiled by Markit, slipped marginally to 54.8 in May from 54.9 in April.

It has stayed above the 50 mark, that separates growth from contraction, for a little over three years now.
HSBC PMI: Indian manufacturing keeps up pace in May

If you look at percentage growth again at 2004-05 prices, India had a 2.5 % manufacturing growth for 2010-11 and at current prices that is about 9.9%

Infact most of them were probably gullible students who were coerced and funded by those so called 'democratic movement' leaders for a trip of 'fun and game'. I wouldn't surprised these leaders were backed by certain elements in foreign communities that had a stake in the failures of China's political systems. China was caught off guarded and didn't realize how treacherous those foreign elements can be.

Even as of today the US State Dept, along with France, is calling for the release of the Tienanmen protestors which mean the US already has a plan against China and is moving along forcefully. Along with the SCS disputes, US return to Pacific and international media spotlight, China has to deal with them carefully in order not to lose international credibility. Aquino is heading for UK now and most likely will drag Europe on his side.

I hope China has a plan to counter this diplomatic war.
