Change means the West not relying on developing countries in Asia handling our manufacturing just like they have been doing for the last 55+ years.

All you have to do is look on the back of a box/product and it will show where the product is made. Prior to around 1973 no labels said "Made in China". Now if you look at the box of major brands from both the US and Europe (and others) you will see they have been outsourced to China. Many of it due to cheap labor and others due to the NIMBYism when it comes to hazardous ingredients.
