What you heard is essentially exaggerated.

Of course, there WILL be the intellectually small minded on this forum who will jump to the conclusion that I said there is no obesity problem in the US.

I have said no such thing. If you look at obese Americans in terms of absolute number where the fat Americans would outnumber, and outweigh, many small countries, then of course you would have the impression that fat Americans are the norm in the US. But that is not true.

Hahaha. Hey we were kidding, but saw a report somewhere that Chinese people would walk to a place if that's feasible. It is actually a really good thing, reduces your carbon footprint as well. China is a pretty sweet country to me, just like the sound of bamboo flutes and dragons.

But no one is willing to walk or ride a bike to go to work... Is likely to be late, many Chinese companies and factories have fingerprint attendance. Late time is accurate records.

It's a pretty complex topic but I would rather have this thing overblown a bit just so that kids don't stick to their gaming console all day and run around on play fields few times a week at least.

I rarely see obese people in Shanghai or Wuhan.
Some are only a little big overweight.
But they are not obese.
If they are obese, then 90% population in the west are obese.

They are not really rich, the country is....
Obese people are mostly poor guys who can only afford unhealthy street food or fast food.
I remember in the cafeteria in my preliminary school, lunch was all about veggie, fish and sometimes red meat....None of my classmates except for one or two genetically obese were fat.

Not what I saw when i often travel to US. Most US citizens look unhappy and sick.
