JL-2 is already deployed, but JL-3 is still under development.

I think their landbased counterparts are JL-2 = DF-31, JL-2A = DF-31A, JL-3 = DF-41.

I think so, meanwhile Type 096 is going to be a huge sub, it is comparable to the Ohio class that can carry approximately 24 SLBMs.

DF-5A is also the longest ranged ICBM, but it is silo based which is outdated.
