Looks like India Trolling PLA. I have gut feel that this whole thing will boils down after XI and Modi directly talk with each other through visit or on phone.
India Testing PLA nerves to the point that their PLA Generals start looking like a Joke to everyone.

During Xi's India visit, PLA entered Laddakh and at that time some under tone was that some ambitious General(s) are intentionally doing this so that in case some skirmish happens & Chinese Govt. gave-up idea of cutting PLA size (God knows how much truth in this).

During this ongoing skirmish both state heads already met once and that time both have good words for each other, so what even for the sake for diplomacy.

Happened as expected. Cheer leaders wasted energy and bandwidth from all 3 sides.
