What punishment do you suggest for those who plot terrorist acts or spread religious extremism?

Make them senior politicians, like Owaisi in India?

cant do anything till political parties like SP,congress etc. and politicians like mulayam yadav & his son,digvijay etc. are there...
they ll do everything from creating communal clashes,creating differences between communities & even like a$$h0le for votes..
recently karnataka congress president said that there is no need to pay back loan amount for muslims
