Is that our fault that you don't have quality life and education? Haasn't Saudi Arabia been funding thousands of madrassas in the Muslim world and yet you all have sh*tty education? Aren't the Gulf states and Saudi Arabia swimming in oil money and yet none of them have a quality university?

I remember a few devout Muslims in this forum who even told me that the quran has all answers to all problems and yet the majority of Muslims live in misery and backwardness? Do I see a deep cognitive dissonance among a greater part of the Muslim world?

In what sense did you think they were saying a divine book has all the answers? Do you think it would give you equations? Don't pretend.

As for the reasons we are here, that is irrelevant. I was merely pointing out how much turmoil and devoid of oppurtunity we have been. So it's stupid of you to go "Oh but 1 billion Muslims."
Yes, from that only 100 million probably have the proper oppurtunities (MONEY, no social constraints, environment - war or not, etc.), and considering the fact that those 100 million are not united, and distributed, it shouldn't come as a shocker.

You want to argue on why? Sure. It starts with Christians interferring in the middle east. Right from the start of world war I where UK sponsored Wahhabist movements down to Soviet Union's expansionist ideas and USA manufacturing a war on terror literally out of nowhere. Saudi Arabia and UAE by the way have many quality universities, just becauseit ain't in top 100 doesn't mean its shit. Most unis in top 500 are considered good. Research output of Saudi Arabia is very high and increasing. Same for Iran and Pakistan when you compare it after the top 10 nations.

Many parts of the world were in turmoil as well. My country was pretty much devasteted, over 75% my hometown was destroyed.

Christians have been existing much longer in the ME than Islam. It was the Muslims who started to slaughter the Christians out of the Levant, North Africa and the Balkans up to Vienna.

Since you know that the Wahhabis were sponsored by the UK, why do so many of you like to hold dear to their ideology and even defend primitiv Wahhabi traditions such as forcing women to walk around like a piece of black cloth?
