It will change nothing,transport costs from India are far lower than through the himalayas.Tibet is sparsely populated while indian side has high population and bigger exchange capacity on top of that.

Mate, we can say that it is just the beginning. Of course it won't happen overnight but as they say "where there is a well, there's a way". But at least it will immediately free Nepal from indian arrogance & blackmail.

They are very peaceful and brave people. The best fighters in indian army are Gorkhas (Nepalese people) but they are discriminated and mistreated by IA so now the situation will change. Nepalese, despite being hindus, do not like India because of its usual arrogance and hegemonist character towards its neighbours.

Yes, India can anytime block the trade!!! One Nepalese folk was telling me that India blocked even heating oil in the middle of winter!!! And, they had to airlift it from BD!!!!! And, their whole dynasty was killed in a mysterious condition!!!!
