Chinese spokesperson of rally expressed great pleasure on the occasion and chanted pro-Pakistani slogans.

The rally will pass through Punjab, Sindh and Gwadar and then would go to Iran and from there to the UAE.

Pak-China Friendship Car Rally will not only highlight international significance of China-Pakistan EconomicCorridor (CPEC) but will also further strengthen existing Sino-Pak ties.

@A-Team Sounds more than a jolly partner to me;)

Very good, now when are we expanding CPEC to Afghanistan ? :)

Nice to hear that, we need to have a full mesh connectivity in the region which of course will have positive impacts on commerce. The more we get intertwined the more each other's security will be detrimental to each other and thus we will see each others development as a positive thing.

EU shows us a good example of that working model, hope we have the foresight and patience to follow that model.

/Peace

I know you are not meaning any ill here :)

Anyways hope the CPEC gets operational sooner and connect Afghanistan as well.

. . .
Looking at this map, imagine if we have German type autobahn crossing Afghanistan, on how positively it will impact commerce between Central Asia, South Asia etc.

Imagine the possibilities.

Pakistan has already planned a 6 lane expressway to Afghanistan. Again it depends upon how safe Afghanistan is. Otherwise the expressway will be blocked and blown up like all roads in Afghanistan:D .
