You are generally correct but Russia and China must protect their interests in the Americas by defending the Maduro government. Cuba can help in this. Cuba is the main ally of Maduro along with I think Bolivia.

In the mainstream media, we can soon expect words like "regime" and "loyalists" to be used against the Venezuelan government and that part of the security forces defending their country from NATO.
