Under the rules & regulation of business, Chief Secretary of a province takes orders from his Chief Minister. However on December 22, Chief Secretary of Punjab (Abdullah Khan Sumbal) has issued the De-notification of Parvaiz Ilahi under the direction of Governor. It was puzzling as why Chief Secretary took orders from Governor which is not legal way of conducting business.
Now it is disclosed by senior Minister of Punjab (Mian Aslam Iqbal) on the floor of Provincial Assembly's that Chief Secretary was forced by Na-Maloom Afraad to take orderes from Giverner and and issue de-notification of Pervaiz Ilahi. Other people are reporting that Chief Secretary was held hostage for 3 hours by Na-Maloom Afraad to issue the de-notification of CM.
Cheers to totally apolitical forces.
