Firstly i am not "comparing" just saying this one is noisier.
Secondly it must be luxurious from inside but it looks primitive from outside.
But again who am i to judge as far as it does it's job.

It doesnt look primitive, that is how all Metro's look. You have posted the pic of the Yard, instead of the System.
Though personally, I like Bangalore Metro to be the best looking.

what is tier 2 cities or town?

Indian cities are graded as Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3 and Tier 4
This is done according to their population and development levels.

Tier 1 is Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Mumbai, Calcutta, Bangalore, Chennai
Tier 2 is Hyderabad, Pune, Jaipur, Lucknow, Raipur, etc
so on and so forth

Cities jump or fall based on their development or lack of it.

Ofcourse this is somewhat ambiguous, many cities are too developed to be classified as Tier 2, but still not enough to be Tier 1.
For example, Bangalore has jumped to Tier 1.

Very good news, if true. Kerala really is treated like the bastard child when it comes to infra projects. Plus, one cannot and must not wait for shit to hit the ceiling like in Bangalore before taking up a Metro rail project. Very encouraging if smaller cities commission such projects too.

Kerala treats itself like a bastard child. Its people and leaders dont want to vacate plots or farms for development. The Govt of Kerala never takes up any massive infra push, infact many Central Organizations like NHAI have to suspend their plans for Kerala because of ridiculous land acquisition issues.

Does it matter brother whether it is better than Mumbai metro or not. But mind it it will be better than the traffic on the roads. Even Mumbai metro will help to decongest the traffic on versova to andheri and andheri to ghatkopar.
